Aiglon: Quick Update 24-09-13
I’m really sorry for the long wait. I just haven’t been able to post anything lately, because of school and the Aiglon project I’d like to put you up to date on.
Our newspaper-magazine is starting to grow into something physical. We believe that a printed and web preview will be ready within the next two weeks- as articles are flowing. We are now more than 10 people writing, photographing and imagining the layout. All CIV students, and deeply passionate about what we do. For myself, I have written half-a-dozen articles. Some are part of a series on the Syrian conflict and its evolutions, others interviews with famous CIV students, or simply a few political editorials.
We will be covering international news such as political affairs, wars, but also GTA5’s pompous release, Daft Punk and the evolution of music, the new iPhone 5C, and so on.
There’s some bad news too- CIV has refused to sponsor our newspaper. So we’ll have to find fundings and printing facilities on our own. But this also has a neat advantage, as we won’t be censored by anyone.
We are all excited and looking forward to releasing a preview!
See you then,
Philippe
